The “2025 Joint Sailing for Innovation and Development Exchange Conference on Going Global for the Hunan Changsha Inspection and Testing Instrumentation Equipment Industry Cluster” was recently successfully held in Yuelu High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. On-site at the conference, PANRAN’s corporate display clearly outlined its development trajectory: the brand originated from a state-owned enterprise under the Coal Bureau in 1993. Since establishing the “PANRAN” brand in 2003, the company has gradually evolved into a comprehensive measurement instrument manufacturer integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service. Currently, the company holds 95 patents and copyrights, with its products exported to over 30 countries and regions across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Africa.
‘Going Global Experience’ in Focus: Unwavering Steps in International Cooperation
During the keynote speech session, a PANRAN representative delivered a presentation titled “Global Layout of Precision Metrology, PANRAN’s Core Value,” showcasing the company’s recent footprints in international markets. From 2019 to 2020, the renowned American engineering company OMEGA visited the factory for cooperation talks, followed by visits from clients in Thailand, Saudi Arabia, and Iran for product inspections. Between 2021 and 2022, a Russian distributor participated in exhibitions, and a Peruvian client expressed gratitude for PANRAN’s support during the pandemic, highlighting the reliability of its global service network.

In the roundtable forum, PANRAN, alongside companies like Xiangbao Testing and Xiangjian Juli, explored pathways for the inspection and testing industry to expand internationally. The company emphasized that basing its strategy on technological R&D, combined with a global compliance layout, is key to navigating international market competition.
