The tungsten-rhenium thermocouple calibration furnace and the dedicated power control cabinet adopt an integrated design, and through the dedicated overcurrent control method, the constant current control of the startup and heating process is realized, which effectively suppresses the current impact during the cold start of the equipment.While protecting the safety of the equipment, greatly simplifies the manual operation.

The tungsten-rhenium thermocouple calibration furnace adopts nano-insulation materials, and the insulation effect is significantly improved compared with ordinary insulation materials. The control part adopts independent three-temperature zone temperature adjustment and control.Control the temperature uniformity of the calibration furnace through the temperature zone parameters,it can ensure that the temperature gradient and temperature difference requirements of the verification regulations are met within the entire working temperature range, and according to the shape and quantity of the specific calibrated thermocouple, by changing the parameters of the temperature zone, the influence of the thermal load on the temperature field of the calibration furnace can be eliminated, and the ideal calibration effect under the load state can be achieved.
